Die Bezirksregierung in Kenia hat für die Maasai Mara ab 2024 massive Eintrittspreiserhöhungen – ab der Hochsaison von bisher 70 USD pro Tag auf bis zu 200 USD – angekündigt. Dies kann Mehrkosten pro Tag von bis zu 125 Euro entsprechen. Für alle, die lieber noch in diesem Jahr zu alten Konditionen in die Mara reisen wollen sind noch genügend Restplätze im Herbst 2023 vorhanden.

NOTE: IMPORTANT UPDATE 02: 2024 MASAI MARA PARK FEE: PROPOSED PARK ENTRY FEE FROM 01st JANUARY 2024:
Narok County Government has proposed ( subject to confirmation) that Masai Mara Park Fees for 2024 be increased to USD 100 per non resident adult per day from 1st January 2024 and to USD 200 per
non resident adult per day, from 1st July 2024 ( Peak Season). These rates have been suggested and may undergo a consultative process prior to official confirmation by the County Government. It
is therefore widely expected that irrespective of the exact increment, 2024 Park Fee will nonetheless be revised upwards.
